Welcome to the CTEP Program! My name is Donna Wilkinson-Clarke and I am your Sales and Marketing Mentor. I have over twenty years experience in sales, marketing, customer service and business development in the telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing industries. During my career, I have a worked with entrepreneurs, like you, at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey, finding solutions to various areas of their business. I’ve also conducted training sessions in Customer Service for entrepreneurs. My expertise lies in the cultivation and nurture of strong partnerships and professional customer relationships, effective communication skills, crafting and implementing strong policies and procedures and the generation of new business to achieve significant revenue increases.
